Are you deployed today?
We are pre‑deployment and executing a field trial at Merus Adventure Park to validate range, resilience, interoperability, and live decision workflows.
Is the Exchange a public marketplace?
No. The Golden Hour Exchange is owned and controlled by Golden Hour. Customers do not have direct access; all delivery happens through our governed pipeline.
How do we request features?
Through your Golden Hour account manager (or secure form). We scope, build, certify, and deploy via the Exchange pipeline.
How many revisions are included?
We offer a reasonable number of revisions to ensure your satisfaction and perfect the final product.
Do you support autonomous vessels?
Yes. Our radio‑agnostic fabric supports USVs and workboats in ports and near‑shore operations, bridging shoreline fabric with SATCOM/backhaul and feeding autonomy stacks with reliable state data.
Can we embed Decision Suite outputs in current dashboards?
Yes. Embed views, subscribe to streams, or pull summaries via API; web hooks support push integrations.
What radios are supported?
LoRaWAN at the core with integrations to LTE/5G,SATCOM, Wi‑Fi, and tactical radios. Bring‑your‑own radios/gateways via adapters.
Do you integrate with our C2/ERP/SCADA/etc.?
Yes. REST/streaming APIs, SDKs, and Exchange‑delivered connectors. Keep your stack; we snap into it.
Who owns the data?
You do. Data ownership and access control remain with your organization; fully on‑prem options available.
SECURITY?
End‑to‑end encryption, role‑based access, contributor governance, and data‑egress controls; aligned to enterprise/government practices.
